His Excellency Dr. Hanif Hassan, UAE Minister of Education lauded the efforts of the members of the committee who prepared a field study about the database of 340 schools in the northern emirates and reassured the ministry of education’s efforts in developing and raising the infrastructure and service of the schools. His Excellency also emphasized that the ministry aims for raising the standards of its students, preparing them for university life smoothly, increasing schools’ environment and achieving excellent learning outcomes.

His Excellency the UAE Minister of Education said: “School buildings must provide the best teaching practices of our students. The ministry’s strategic plan adopts new international schools’ practices and standards and depends on  decentralized policies that encourage its efforts in developing the education process and human resources development. This would not have been done without the support of His Highness Sheikh Khelifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE and His Highness Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, UAE Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai.

His Excellency Dr. Hanif Hassan and Mr. Rashid Lakhraibani Al Nuaimi, Director General of the Ministry, Engineer Obaid Al Muhairi, Manager-Director’s Office, and Engineer Sulaiman Rashid Al Gaithi-Educational Buildings Advisor in the Ministry, reviewed a presentation that was prepared by D&B about the current status and statistics of the public schools in the northern emirates.

Throughout the past four weeks, the company prepared a full comprehensive study about the status of these schools reassuring the importance of providing them with safety and security procedures.
