| Bahrain Institute of Public Administration (BIPA) has appointed D&B South Asia Middle East to develop a pioneering Management Information System using open source technology. The MIS System will be one of the first open source technologies projects in a government agency in the country.
D&B will develop an MIS System specifically to meet BIPA’s business needs, including modules covering all aspects of business operations:
- Admission & Registration
- Event Management
- Human Resource
- Finance
- Procurement & Logistics
- Marketing
- Knowledge Management
Bahrain Institute of Public Administration (BIPA) is an institute created in 2006 in Bahrain through a decree promulgated by His Majesty the King, Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa. The Institute aims to develop public administration and training in Ministries and State institutions and contribute to qualifying and training the staff of these Ministries and institutions.
