Chief of Staff – Leadership Development Program

Reporting directly to the President, North America, the Executive Assistant will lead the management of the President’s Office, including specific initiatives that drive D&B’s strategic agenda. The role represents an excellent developmental opportunity for a candidate looking to

  • Strategic and Key Projects.
  • Act as operating owner of a broad range of top initiatives, ensuring goals are met within defined timeframe and with allocated resources.
  • Oversee and ensure all North America Plan initiatives are on track.
  • Drive Winning Culture & Communication.
  • Responsible for developing and executing Communication Plan for the Office of the President including Town halls, Roundtables and other team events.
  • Assist in performance review process collecting results associated with goals for assessment.
  • Ensure NA Winning Culture initiatives are effectively developed.
  • Office Management: ensure high level of productivity.
  • Represent the Office of the President demonstrating highest sense of integrity and commitment to excellence in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Optimize calendar around priorities and outcomes.
  • Facilitate senior leadership meetings by planning agendas, previewing presentations and reports, and developing follow-up plans.
