Mumbai, August 25, 2004

Dun & Bradstreet South Asia & Middle East Ltd (D&B SAME) today announced that Dr. Manoj Vaish, Chief Executive Officer of BSE, would be joining the senior management of the company.

Dr. Vaish will join the company as "President - Financial Services", effective September 15, 2004. He will be based in Dubai and will head the company's Financial Services and Business Education Services.

Mr. Rajesh Mirchandani, Chief Executive Officer of D&B SAME said, "D&B SAME is delighted that Dr. Manoj Vaish is joining the company as President - Financial Services, strengthening its senior management team.
